Question Anybody put performance stickers on there car after they buy the product?

Just a general question, i was talkin like a flowmaster sticker and a K&N stick on the lower back window or something like that, i dont want it to look tacky but i think it would be kinda cool, anyone do it? regret it? like it? hate it? thanks

When I was 16 I put them in the windows. Now I put them on the toolbox. Nothing makes a car look cheap like a buch of stickers. Besides, why advertise to the thieves what they could get by stealing YOUR car?

Take care,

My brother had a 72 mustang and he would put stickers on it. He would take some of the ones that came with the crap I ordered and stick those on his car too. I have a VORTECH window banner, had it for quite some time, that I'm about to remove. I have a K&N on my trash can and I have a few more I've been meaning to stick on there for a few years. I plan on having the fastest trash can on the block, heck it already is...

When I was younger, I would put all my flowmaster and K&N filter stickers on my car...then I realized Flowmasters and a K&N filter were quite weak performance mods!! I put the Bassani Xhaust sticker on my back bumper, and IMO, it looks really good there...When I see a GT with flowmaster, K&N, Mac, ford motorsport, etc, etc littering the back window, I think it looks pretty tacky...IMO, one or two is ok if they are of quality parts.

All of mine wind up being put on the tool box or the work bench. Except for the really nice one that says "D.S.S.". I have 2 of those and they are on my side windows.

I put the K&N one on my car. It's small so I figured what the heck. I put it on the very bottom of the back glass just above the trunk, so it wouldn't stand out too much. Alot of people put those stickers on where I'm from.

i dunno, i used to be a sticker fiend..(look at my ol car), but since i got my Gt i've tried to clean up. the stickers seem to be an import thing, an unless your sponsors are on it, it eventually becomes riced out overkill an a super magnet for thieves... plus a headache an a half to remove that adhesive from vinyl stickers.

the guy who had the GT before me, put a huge gaudy blue oval sticker rite in the middle of the back windsield..while this might not mean much, who ever tinted the back glass FORGOT TO CLEAN IT BEFORE TINTING IT!so i've got this cheap lookin eyesore blocking my horizin line P.O.V and i've got a funked up grime underneath this tint... impossible to remove unless i take off an re-tint it. so everytime i back out i can't look out my rear and i have to roll down my drivers side window. not such a hassle except when its rainin or cold or a mixture of the two.

rite now i've got a flowmaser sticker under the hood on the lil metal support beam right where the hood prop is..but thats it

Default Under the hood

I put mine on under the hood. None are visible from the outside. No stickers for anything not actually there of course.

I don't put any on mine. The only ones I've seen that look really good are the 'Mr. Horespower' stickers on my buddies Chevelle. They are on the vent windows in front, and nobody really knows what they are about.

I might put one of those on when I rebuild a motor, because I'd get a Clay Smith cam, or two, or four. Other than that, the garage cabinets are great for that.

I think a stickered up street car is ugly as hell, but a race car is a different story. You're sponsors should be properly represented, and you need to have the correct stickers to recieve your contingency money too (if available).
