Anyone in or near Corpus Christi, TX?
I'm just curious. I live in MI, however, my brother lives in South TX. He always bugs me to move down there. Is there much of a auto performance scene down there? Any speed shops? Any tracks? mostly imports? domestics? are there many Mustangs? Where do you buy your performance parts? Where do you have performance work done?

Close, but no cigar!
I live in Midland, Texas, but even though its the same state, I'm about 700 Miles away. But i've been to Corpus alot, and San Antonio is about an hour drive away, so its not that bad, theres plenty of Car shops in Corpus, and even more In San Antonio, alot more, I think you should live in Texas, It the best state there is!

cool
I never go over to Penwell to race, I don't like to race mine, its a show car (its a 1965 so I don't want to kill it) I used to live in Odessa, but we lived in a crappy nieghborhood, close to Grandview, and 8th, and my dad works in Midland, too long of a drive everyday. Anywho good to know that there is another guy on this board from the Permian Basin, cya around.

There are alot of jobs in Corpus, but there is a particular place in San Anotnio that would be alot better for ya, If you will accually work we need more alarm technictions at our San Antonio office, feel free to try and get a job there , Its at Aprotex, he he he, TRy working there its alot of Fun.
same goes for you in Odessa come and work at opur Midland office, we need a new person to monitor the alarms, Its a midnight to 8 AM Shift, lots of fun there too, as long as your over 18 and have a clean police record, and don't do any kind of drugs at all, not even tobacco |
