Back from the track with a 14 sec timeslip

Hey guys, I know you guys have been ragging on my 15 second timeslip for long enough, so I just thought I'd tell you.
Today, the big black cougar went 14.626 @ 94.94mph. The only thing changed between my last run and now was I somehow got better traction. Same tires, just hooked up better. Don't get it myself, but maybe I learned how to drive better, I donno. Anyway, it feels good to be a member of the 14 second club.
I'm trying to get a scan of my timeslip uploaded but it's taking a while. If you really want to see it, I'll email it to you. :-)

Congrads, i remeber when i changed my tires from the mich pilots, to firehawks, and went from 14.8 to 14.6@94, looking forward to seeing you join the 13 sec club

6 tenths to 13's! I expect to see you here soon. If your heads are ported and polished dont you think you should do some things to compliment them?

That's great that your in the 14's now. I remember when I never thought I'd do it myself. Traction does wonders though. I was running 14.3's at 96.5mph with 2.09 60's on street tires. With the addition of Nitto drag radials, I went to 13.8's at 98mph with 1.91 60's!

Sky- those videos are awesome! As soon as the track opens I'm going to video myself going down the strip. Did you ever see my burnout video, I have a link to it here under the readers rides section.
