Back Stabbed!

Well my aniversary got screwed up last night

Some guy who I thought was a friend, a guy that is more than just a co-worker. I've helped this guy haul stuff with my truck, had dinner at his house with his family, etc, etc.

Well about 4:00 yesterday afternoon I was getting ready to leave so that I could go and get some flowers and another little gift. But then I got this email that back stabbed me! It was sent from this guy to my boss, his boss, guys in accounting, parts, etc.

It was a direct assault on me! And it was sent to almost freakin everyone! I had to stay til nearly 6:00pm trying to put bandaids on the problem so I didn't look so bad. But the problem is, I didn't do anything wrong so there is not much to fix. All I can do is to try and show I didn't ****** up!

I left, traffic was horrible, I didn't get home until almost 8:00 pm! It put me in such a shitty mood I didn't really even get enjoy dinner :(

%^(*ing bastard

Sorry have to vent.....

Hmmm,

Don't you just LOVE office politics?

That's why I have a very few select friends, and NONE of them from work....

Sorry bud, but its live and learn when it comes down to this stuff.

And I'm sure you can make it up to Danielle. ;)

Revenge is sweet and often makes me feel much better! I'd suggest trying it.

Yup I agree, but wait abit. He'll expect it coming. I like to wait a few months or years and then get the person back. It's all in good time. What goes around, comes around.

§am.

It is experiences like these that take nice, freindly people like me and turn them into corporate Axe Men!

I confronted the guy this morning and also told my boss some of the story.

I found out a couple things:

1. He's not as smart as I thought he was
2. He's screwed up a few times and now my Boss (The VP of IR Canada) is going to have words with him about his performance
3. Be careful who you trust, not everyone is a team player.
