That is called cranking compression, and has little to do with cylinder compression, which is what you are asking for. The only way to determine cylinder compression is to know the total cylinder displacement, including the valve reliefs in the piston, the combustion chamber, the distance from TDC to the deck, and the thickness of your head gasket.
