![]() OK there is this dealership down the road from me and they had what I thought was a Lightning that was repainted sitting on their lot (I was in my stang on the highway next to the dealership so I could not get a good look at it) Well last night I was looking on Ebay and seen a picture of a 99+ Yellow and black F-150 that looked exactly like the one at the dealership. I clicked on it and this truck happens to be a Boss 5.4L F-150. I never heard of such a truck. And the one on Ebay isnt the one at the dealership. I dont know much more about it other than it has a 5.4 L V-8 and is based on the Lightning. Anybody else heard of this truck??
Here are some pics: ![]()

![]() My only thought is that the boys at Shinoda got a hold of some of them. Proably run Lightning stuff for the most part, just guessing. After all Larry was the "BOSS".

![]() That is a sharp truck! Never heard of it before but I like it. Prolly wouldn't like the price tag though. Oh well one day I'll have the money for things like that.

![]() Have you tried asking on a F-150 site? They might know. I've never seen, or heard about one, but wish I did. I know one thing it sure is a SWEET truck!

![]() Those are sweet trucks for sure. Around here they are being advertised for the same price as the Lightning's, Hmmm whats a man to do, go for the looks or more performance. Granted the Lightning looks coo as H e double hockey sticks, If a man could buy a Lightning with the Boss styling package, that would be awesome. Around here these trucks are being advertised with a list price of about 34 grand. I'd give 42 for a Boss equiped Lightning. Maybe we could all right Larry Shinoda letters expressing our interest and he'd cut us a deal...... YEAH RIGHT but its nice to dream aint it.
