Thumbs up Bought a Cobra Tonight!!!!

Well, I picked up a 94 Cobra tonight. Red with tan interior. It's got pulleys, shorty headers, a K&N filter, and a short throw shifter. The car looks and runs awesome. First impressions of it are: It's not as fast as my GT, but it definitely pulls. Too bad I wont have much money to mod it, but any suggestions for low price, big bang mods are welcome. I know a lot about the modular motors, but this is my first 5.0, so clue me in on some low budget mods. Take it easy.

Awesome buy, i wish i had the cars you do! All i can think of that are relatively low buck but big bang are Rearend gears, and i can't really think of anything else offhand.

Cam. For that car, cam. And a switch to a different computer and 19lb injectors. Add an adjustable FPR so you can tune it if you need to.

Those two mods will probably give you 40hp.

I would also get an aftermarket H/X pipe. Those stock cats are real restrictive.

Yeah, I'm still really excited about the stable Ive got going on over here. I can't decide which one I like more. Also, I cant decide where to spend the money I do have for mods: Mac exhaust for the Cobra, or rims for the GT????

Gotta break it in now by showing off your tail-lights!!!

Go for the x-pipe or gears!
