Question Calling all computer nerds....

I was wondering is there a program that monitors the CPU temp? I can't find one anywhere. I know I can see it in the BIOS but that means I have to restart. Is there anything for Windows? The reason why I am looking for a program is because I am worried that my chip is getting to hot. I have a huge fan on the CPU but I need it to be cooler. I leave the sides off of my case to have more air ciruclation but I have been told that I need to have the sides on to create a vacum within the case. Any suggestions???? (by the way I have a 1.1 GHz)
