car looks like 4x4 after drag launch springs

I just put on the Ebich drag launch kit and it lifted my car up 3 inchis! I used to have Ebich lowering springs, but my 60ft times were hurting because of them. I hope there worth it. Anyone else make the switch from lowering springs to the drag launch kit, and if so was it worth it?

Haha, I posted the same exact topic a few months back! Almost word for word!! I agree it looks like crap now. It will settle a bit more over the next few days, but definatly it doesnt look near as good, and sits higher in the front than rear. The good thing I can say is now I can pull the front tires with slicks on and went from 13.2@106mph to 12.55@107mph cutting 1.71 60's.

I think it would be cool to have a 4x4 stang....built up like a paris-dakar-cairo racer. that would be cool. scoops everywhere, fender flares, riding extra high with knobby tires....yeah, im weird.

When you installed the springs did you put the bottom of the coils in the A-arm properly? If they don't sit down in that pocket the car will sit a lot higher in front.

I recently installed the Eibach drag kit and 90/10's and my car sits level.

I put the springs in the back the right way and it sits leval. I can't wait to see what the 60ft times will be with them. My old times were 1.55 with the lowering springs and the first 20ft it was spining some. Anyone know what kind of improvment I will see with these?

I have no idea why some of you guys have this problem it lowered my car 1.5" atleast when I did the Eibach kit, 70/30's and 50/50's. My car actually sits a little lower in the front then rear http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/confused.gif, I told Sky the same things a couple months back.

WADS56- Hold on and look out for the 10's http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/smile.gif, those lowering springs had to be putting a good hurtin' on the travel of the suspension. You will need to play with the airbag id it doesn't come off straight, start at around 12psi with your car and go from there.
