Default Carb Tuning???

Anyone know where I could find some good info on carb tuning/sizing/etc? I can set idle circuits and other basic stuff, but I want to learn how to set them up badass, mine had a slight hesitation in it sometimes and i think it could use something a litle bigger. If anyone knows any good book-websites let me know.
