The Fox-bodied Mustang 5.0' s are now what the '55 Chevy V-8 was 40-some years ago and will probably be popular for just as long; about 30 years past the day the last one rolled out of a showroom.

Once something else inevitably replaces the Fox-bodied Stangs as the longtime muscle car of choice (for serious car nuts) they'll still be a regular attraction in the 'antique' section of the car shows in, say, 2040 or so.

Even then, girls still won't like them - but will forever go ga-ga over some riced-out Japanese monstrosity posing as a actual car.

Go figure. :)

Stang girls know what makes a REAL muscle car and can appreciate the merits of a hot Fox 5.0. :)

Its going to be 1 in a 1,000,000 if you find a hot girl thats into a fox body. You might find a FEW girls that like em, but they probably aren't going to be too good looking. Thats why I just picked up a E46 M3. :eek:

In my hometown, ALL the hot chicks are into fox body cars. One hot chick drives a 88 fastback lx that is primer grey but has a quick 306 with a 5 speed. Maybe it all depends on where you're from.

Its a generalization, its true for ~90%. Theres always exceptions to any rule. Out here in So Cal, not many girls are into them. I didn't buy the M3 for girls tho, as you know KB. I bought it for the car that it is. I guess the fact women like E46s is just a side bonus, lol. Not to mention it traps about 5 mph faster than my 99 cobra bone stock, almost the same rated HP and Curb weight. :rolleyes:

First, about the chicks who don't like performance cars -we are out there and i personally like all sorts of performance - Mustangs being my passion - any Chick who knows anything about cars will have respect and admiration for the 5.0 s - when i meet new people here in Houston and "check out their Stang" i like to see what they done to it and how they keep it - tells me a lot about them and their interests.

Second, anyone who knows me, this is not something i do normally - but it has to be done ! - Mustang Chicks can be cute !!

i love all stang's, even though i dont have my 84 4-eye fox anymore, still have my 95 gt vert & my 04 sick banger. my gal loves my stang's, even though i bought her a 89 camaro, she loves that car, i got a great deal on it, 2k, some rich kid put a new interior in it, a iroc front clip & a 800$ fiberglass hood, etc. but anyway she likes it because it's a hot rod, but she loves my stang's,i guess what i'm saying is, she likes american muscle car's, so she's a keeper, you know i love all stang's & a lot of other ford muscle car's & classic's. cant wait till i finish my 65 falcon, god i love that car. :) :D :D

From me, to you- I like Fox Body Mustangs. I tried to buy one last year but then I went broke. But I still think they're 'dead sexy'.

yah my girlfriend loves my fox stang, and the best thing is even though the lock on the passenger door is screwed up and it wont open she dosnt mind climbing in through the window. she says she likes to "nascar it" i think shes a keeper!!

I know I haven't been around in a while but damn bro.. that hurt. If your girl likes you for the BMW you drive then.. whatever, brother. Personally, I've always wanted a SL500 but I don't want a girl that wants me just because of the car I drive. If she likes you because you drive a 'beemer' then she is nothing more than a money grubbin' @#$%^.
