Default Collector car searches...

I'm looking for a '56 Victoria.

Anyone have ideas on where to look other than

www.collectorcartraderonline.com

www.hemmings.com

??

I'm taking my time to find a decent buildable car, since it will be my first real hot rod.

Thanks.

I ran another one a while back but I can't remember the name of it, its simuliar to traderonline.com. Maybe try ebay or a google search for more.. the above link should keep you busy for a little while.

Well being in Calif. sometimes the pickins can be pretty good at recycler.com
A 56 Victoria huh ... interesting choice. Is this gonna be a restoration or a hot rod ? Up till 58 they didn't have much room for the big motors.

Never thought of that.

Yeah it will be a hot rod. I'm just going to put a "little" 351 Cleveland in it. Figure it would be a nice looking little runner. I've got a soft spot for the shoebox Fords and that's the best one, IMO.

Default 1956 Victoria

My Aunt used to own one. My father has it now, but it has sit for a long time. Are you looking for one as a project car or are you wanting one that is up and running? I know the car is a Victoria, but I will double check the year. I am almost positive it is a '56. I can't promise you that my dad will part with it b/c he is restoring some of his antiques now....plus it may not be what you want, but I will check and post again.

Ideally, a runner would be sweet, but I don't know if I'll be able to find one that is. I'll end up doing a motor and trans swap, but driving it around while I work on the body would be nice.

If you're checking, here's exactly what I'm looking for.

'56 victoria 2dr, no post.
