Exclamation Anyone with Corbeau seats...URGENT!

I need to get some important info before I overnight my money order tomorrow. It concerns the adapters for the stock brackets. Do I need them for my 1991 LX? At least one guy has said that the seats will work fine with the stock brackets. Others have said that I will need the adapters, and the same number of people have said that the adapters make the seats sit too high! What to do...need experienced info badly!

Cool

You'd be better off with the adapters. I didn't get them, the seats went in fine, but there's some play in the seat now. I had to put shims between the seat rail and the floorboard bracket. Works for me, but if I did it again, I'd just spend the little extra and get the adapters.

What type of seat did you get? I have the Forza's for my S-10. I haven't put them in yet because the truck is not done. But they look awesome. I had to order the adapters, I think you are supposed too anyway. I want to order the A4's for my stang. See ya.

Cool

I went with the GTSII black cloth. IMHO they're the best looking and they are also some of the best priced. I'll post pics as soon as they get in (not too sure when though- GP order goes in on the 8th)
