Design a SHOP!!!!

Ok here is the specs.

80x60, 2 bays, lift, two story living area. Floor plans, sketches, drawings etc.... everybody do it! :)

Add a third bay with a lube pit ( lifts can be a PITA for small jobs ), maybe a fourth bay with a pressure washer... where will it end?!!?
