For work, i have to drive between 5 sites during the day. in Sloatsburg, NY, the cops love pulling people over. I got pulled over there, for doing 40 in a 35, and got a damn ticket. that is ridiculous!!! but theone time the cops aren't around, some doofus blows through at 60, with nobody bothering him! SUCKS!
the reason i say xlr8r knows is he lives in Sloatsburg

My question is, if you knew the cops were so tight there, why were you speeding in the first place? Just curious.

you have to slow down from a 55 zone to the 35 zone, and they wait at the line, if you are anything above 35, they nail you. i mean, 40 in a 35 while you are slowing down for the zone is reasonable. they need to give you a little room to slow down safely. they give you nothing, not even 50 ft.

next time you see one at Dunkin Donuts, ask him to show you the proper way to reduce a vehicles speed from 55 to 35 in 8.5 inches.

i got pulled over last week going a 105 in a 60. in my 87 5.0 and the cop asked me if i had any idea how fast i was going and i told him sorry my speedometer only goes to 85.
