Do chips work?

Alright guys, i was wondering does the venom high performance chip really work? i have heard that some times they mess up the car? what do you think

They sound like a joke to me. I read their Q&A Website information, and all the module does is tell the ECM to deliver more fuel & timing. You would get the same performance from bumping your timing. Only bumping the timing up is free, provided you have a proper timing light.

There are very few modules worth anything on the market. Any module you cannot customize and re-program isn't worth spending money on for a 5spd.

are in tecumseh ontario??? if you are theres a guy in belle river that does sct stuff or you could cross over to detroit and have lidio at alternative auto do it or livernois motorsports. theres to many shops in our area to do a mailorder chip when yuo can get a custom tune

Heads, comp cam rockers, e303 cam, Mass air, BBK cold air induction, BBK throttle body, gt-40 intake 1 inch spacer, Alum. drive shaft, world class 5 speed, 3.55 gear rear end, drag front springs.
