does this sound good?

Hey I have a 2003 gt and im going to start moding. I was thinking about starting out with a triax shifter, 3.73 gears and steeda cat back exhast? How much more power you think ill be making just with these mods and how much time will it drop off? Thanks

the shifter will help not only in shifting, but in the life of your trans as long as you get the stop bolts adjusted properly. the 3.73 gears will net you about a 1/2 sec in the 1/4mile. the exhaust should net you about 15hp, and maybe another tenth at best. all tolled you should pickup about .6 in the 1/4.

15HP? at the motor if your lucky. I think you'll knock off .3-.4 (in the 1/4) with everything you listed above....

The stock cat back is much better on the new cars than the older 5.0L. I'd have to agree with Dark and Cyber on this one.
