don't know what to build

just blew up my last 351 it was 40 over trw stock rods and crank. it threw a rod big end broke in three pieces. nothing saveable maybe the heads. but it got another 351 block it thought of a 392 around 10.5 to 1 but i run nitrous on my car don't know if to build that or another stocker (crank or stroker crank) so help will be thought over in next build up. would like to make around 450-500 on motor this time. my last on was around 350+ not for sure. dyno 2000 said 393 but we know how that is. well thanks for the help
