Cool 79 Ford Fairmont Project Car(sleeper)

Hey, just bought a 79 Fairmont with a 302 and C4 tranny , would like to build a very powerful naturally aspirated 302 (stroked to a 347 possibly). Just got car and haven't pulled engine yet. Looking for all different options, thanks for your comments.
