Default Efi

I got my first car and its a 1969 Mustang. 302 2-V. (2 barrel).
I have minor mods. Cam(mild), Hooker headers(comp.), the carb is a 500cfm, and I have flowmaster 3 1/2 exhaust 2 chamber. 8mm plug wires, the engine only has 24000 miles on it. And some change. . I took off my air because it didn't work anyways. And an a performer rpm intake manifold. Anyways I really want to get it changed to EFI. And I don't know any companys. That do this. And I would also add a vortech supercharger to the EFI. Now would all my current stuff work, who do I buy the EFI conversion from?

P.S. I need to rebuild my trans. I have a C-4 I want to change it to a C-6. What do I have to do? Just change the bellhousing and shorten the driveshaft. And who makes a carbon drive shaft? And could I use a F-150 9 inch rear end in my mustang? Its cheaper. And is there away to convert my 3spd. auto to a 4 spd auto? Where do I get all of this stuff? Think I wrote enough...lol. Thanks.
