Default Emissions, GRR

Well, good news and bad news, I got my emissions notice before I put any big mods on my car. But the bad news is I have to swap out the H-pipe and buy my tune up stuff now and money is somewhat tight and I almost saved up for gears, well, there they go What is a good brand of isoprohyll (sp?) alcohol to run to help me pass, also, should I run 87 or or 93 octane gas? All I run is BP Amoco so I shouldn't have to worry about bad gas. ~Brian
