...done

Too bad the WRX and Nissan is ahead in the polls

The WRX has grown on me... it's not that bad, I guess. :)

I'd still take the '03 Cobra over it, without a doubt!!!

Well, some people would rather drive a weaker car, that's all.

My new issue of SEMA NEWS came today, and there's a big article about Japans attempt at retaking the sport compact market. It's a sad joke. The new 350Z is cute, kinda, but it peaks at 287hp. The WRX is a measly 227hp, although the mighty "Sti" version will be out soon, and will raise the available hp to a whopping 260. Yawn. Then there's the all-new Mazda RX-8, with the new generation RENESIS rotary engine. It puts out a weak 260hp, but I must admit, now that it's a 4-door w/ suicide doors, it really looks like a clown car.

These are all in the same $35,000 range, and will be released in similar quantities, as the 390hp Ford Mustang Cobra.

Hell, people bought the Yugo when it came out. I guess there is just no accounting for taste.

:)

Take care,
~Chris

Well got my vote...
I don't believe the MazdaSpeed is really worth the vote for value = overall. The 350z isn't to bad. I'd probably say maybe the WRX. 14.1 1/4 car isn't bad for the price. The vote is going to be biased for what your really looking for in a car, luxery, performance, name, etc.
