Default Figured it out.......

So I've been thinking about if/when/how to modify my '97. I think I have the big dream idea so far.

Anybody remeber the fr500? That spray bore 302 block sounds like a good place to start. Top that off with some nasty 2v heads and a bullitt intake. I mean if Fox Lake can port some to bolt on 70 bhp with that intake, shouldn't it make around 400 on that Motorsport block? (longtubes, utlraflows, etc..)

Maybe I'm dreaming, but I think the goal (way down the road) would be 400+ n/a horsepower out of that motor. Of course I'd need to get my hands on a new tranny there too.

I don't need no stinking blower.

Default Sounds like a good plan

I think if I ever get my car running, I'll have to race you BEFORE you put this in, lol. Sounds like a good plan so far, you'll have to keep us updated on whatever you deciede to go with. Take care, Keith

Fox Lake ports some BAD heads. Nothing comes out of that shop unless it's done right. Cory and his Dad Al do an awesome job and make some great hp.
