Around here they really don't say too much about tint.
Sometimes they do but most of the time they don't care. I would say about half of the cars I tint are darker than legal. Cash no receipt. ------------------ James Cox nochevy@hotmail.com 1991 Mustang LX 12.565 @109.38mph 1.764 60ft |
In reading the previous responses I would say "Old Guy With 87 GT" was closer to what may have happened.
Whenever I stop a car for somthing,I usually look for a reason,"NOT" to write a ticket. Unless; 1)The person/persons give me a rash of crap. 2)Did somthing so dangerous, they need a big ticket. 3)The city/municipality has been having serious problems with the offense you committed. 4)Act dumb,ie:I did not realize I was going 180 mph officer.... 5)Having a radar detector on your dash means you are trying to beat me,ticket time. If you fall into any of the above, YOU WILL GET A TICKET, probibly for everything the officer can find. Being polite to the officer is always in your best intrest. A drag racing ticket is 6 points on your license here, window tint is none, as is ownership. The officer gave you a break,I would go to court with the offenses corrected. Show proof to the Judge and simply state that your just,"Young and dumb."<works Atleast here if you correct the problems you were cited for, they ALL would be dismissed. Costing you nothing. I enjoy racing whenever I can. However, I race on a track. You really cannot complain about any ticket you got. I say you pulled yourself over. |

That is all most all cars I have a Horse on the back that is white and that might get me pulled over up there. mustangII460 I had a Dumb freind that got pulled over in a 35MPH road and when he was told he was clocked at 95MPH he Was not very Happy he thought he was going at least 100MPH. |
