Well that ET is not bad then. The 60ft shows that you have a problem hooking up (common problem for newbies to the track). Otherwise your driving is good. Get the 60ft down and you'll be at or close to 15.0.
I had an 87 GT and the best time I could get with it was 15.0. However the MPH was consistently 95-96. My 60 ft was around 2.1. This shows that I can't drive but the car is making enough power to be in the 14's. The car only had a full exhaust which hurt low end torque a little and my clutch was on it's way out.
Keep practicing your launches and try to get the 60ft down to around 2.1 or better. Get some gears and some better control arms (Factory 5's are not bad for the cash), and you'll see mid to low 14's I think. You'd be surprised how much of a difference traction and better gearing can make
