I'll gladly stomp any spider I come across, as long as it's friends don't retaliate. By the way the spider I killed reminded me of the spiders in the movie Acrophobia! |

Not too many poisonous spiders in Michigan and I am not too fond of them, BUT the harmless ones don't bother me. I hate flies and mosquitos more than spiders and since spiders eat those annoying bugs, I don't mind them. Plus, living near water and boats, you see a ton of spiders, so I am used to them. The worst part about the harmless ones is the mess their sh*t makes on boats. ( I used to clean boats for 3 summers, so I have a lot of experience in that realm.)
Now don't get me wrong, if there were a bunch of poisonous spiders crawling around, then I would have to stomp em' good! |

I had a bad spider expierience as a child, and have been terrified of them ever since!!!!!!!!! (one was crawling around on my pillow while I was getting dressed for bed!) You did the right thing stompin him...we have tons that look like that around here...I cant deal w/ them at all....I'd rather deal w/ a mouse or a snake...(which a did a few weeks ago in the yard...a snake!) :eek: I went after him w/ the lawnmower, and he went into my neighbors backyard towards thier pool! :) TNT :) |
