Default Front repair info needed.

I just cut the front inner fender supports off my 86 stang for a friends 93 stang. He was going to take the parts to a body shop to get installed. The guy said ok last week, but today told us the shock towers was different & not to bring the parts. He thinks they will not work & wants to order some. I want to know is there that much difference? I'm going to try & get time to look at another friends & compair th measurements. My work hours are long & this may be fast to ask for help.HELP... The pictures af the parts are on my web site, so you can see what is going on. Click the site at the bottem of the post if you want to take a look.Thank you for any help or info.

Thank you
