a guy at my school did that except he actually raced the cop and he won....the cop was a sore loser so he arrested the idiot who raced him. your friend sounds like a fun guy to hang out with
, and he's only REALLY crazy if he actually races the cops, but it takes alot of testicular fortitude to do what he does also.
