Man I hope that doesn't include me...My air bag light has been coming on for a few months now, but I'm too paranoid about dealers to take it in LONG STORY involving punk parking attendants...
Maybe I should FINALLY do that emergency brake recall that the stupid Ford bastards have been pestering me about for a year or so |

Mine has been flashing for a few years, Belle. It flashes a Code 61. I took it in once to get it fixed under warranty, but they said that the problem may have been with the aftermarket stereo hookup. (what a joke) See, the Code 61 says that the monitor is not properly grounded, just so happens that the monitor is right behind the stereo. They said whoever put the stereo in probably bumped up against the ground wires. I said "Yeah, thats likely, considering the stereo has been in for 2 years, and the light just started blinking!" Needless to say I never took it back!

Now that we are in the subject of air bags,.... I hit a tree about abot a year ago (actually it was 2 trees) the las tree were my car stoped was right in the front bumper. Should not the air bag deploy? at what speed does the bag "blows".
Anyway it costed my insurance $9200 to have it repair. |
