WOW... Thanks for the info....

You all may be asking "why would he be asking?"

Here is the answer....

I have a friend who is selling his 86 Camaro IROC... It is a beautiful car with the exeption of a few minor flaws... mainly the 305 V8.. I can get the car at a steel and was considering a new engine preferably a 350.... and LT1 LT5 L98 or LS1 Clone ( I am a big fan of using mainly CHEV parts in a chevy. ... FORD parts in a ford... ie// my 88 mustang... GT40 heads, cobra intake, Cobra R wheels...ect.. all one time ford used parts, not trick flow intake, Cragar Rims, Edelbrock heads ect..)

One more question what engine (with the exeption of the L98) would be the best to build, considering cost and availablity of parts... ie/// if any of those engines is an alumninum block it would be out.....

Thanks for the help...

P.S.

I don't want any of you mustangers to think I am "switching sides" after all I will keep my 88 till the day I die!
