Going away for a while....

No, not me don't worry about it. I'm tired of the way my car is running at the track. Frankly it sucks knowing that while its fast for a stock 97, that's about all its fast for.

So I'm going to do something about it. The tracks are closed here for the winter, and I've gots me a plan up my sleeve. By the time they are open again, I'll be working Saturdays, so I've got until April until I'm at the track with it again.

There will be no details forthcoming about parts and mods, but know I have sources and resources available to me. When it's all said and done for now, I will be able to pull into the staging lanes with my head held high, knowing I can acutally put up a fight.:D

Just don't get your hopes up, because I'm not going anywhere, but the 15 flat slips are going into the archives, never to be visited again!http://www.ricehatersclub.com/forum/...es/burnout.gif

Yup, I had a chance last week to pick one up for $7000 it had like 160,000km on it, which is alot for the car. But it just had all the body work done and was just recently painted. It didn't have the orignal wheels either. And even last spring I was going to get one for $9000 Canadian, car was like Brand New. 40,000km's on it too. I missed it by like 30 seconds at a auction. :( I was going to buy the one from last week but I have no room and no money. And my parents will kill me if I buy another car. lol Anyone know what the GN's ran stock?

Over here at 3000ft GN's run 14.6-14.8 stock...........There are lots of them running 10's and 11's though here with pretty mild mods.
