When your reboot, hold down the [F5] key, this will allow you to boot into safe mode and you can open the driver program you downloaded from your desktop and it should install the correct driver. THANKS! I'll give this a try after work this evening. I'll be downloading from a 56k but I'm determined! I'll hopefully be able to let you know either way tomorrow. Thanks again!
