Default Is this a good deal on pony rims?

I have a set of 15inch turbines that I offered to trade my nephew for his 16inch pony wheels. He wants $175 plus my wheels and tires for his wheels and tires.

My rears needs replaced and my fronts have about 40% on them.
His 4 tires have about 40% on all four.
I originally offered him $125 plus my wheels and tires for his wheels/tires but he wants $175
I feel if I give him the $175 that I'm not really getting anything for my rims.
What is a deal like this worth?

...Do it! Sweet deal-

Just take a look at the local Ford place or ebay... you'll pay $175 a wheel my man! You can get Cobra R's cheap now- I payed $400 for black powder coated 17 x 9's on ebay plus $400 for tires off of tirerack.com.

Yeah, I saw them on ebay for $400 without rubber. Maybe I'll offer him $150 and see if he takes that. I'm going to have to go look at them first before I make any final decisions though.

I'd offer him $150 too. Turbines, $25 a piece.. ponys, $125 a piece(new).
