Here is the situation: I have my '82GT that has the 351W and it suffered a major wiring melt down last year. I have everything to change the wiring harness of the ignition system but it looks lioke a PAIN IN THE *** to swap. My friend has an '89 mustang coupe with a 4 cyl. and excellent body(perfect).
He wants to trade me this '89 for my 470watt Alpine system that I am not currently using. I thought I would trade him and swap everything from my '82 to the '89. I would have a lighter and better condition car. Should I do it? The only thing I don't like is the fact it's not a GT or LX and I would miss my leaky T-tops(LOL). Oh, and it's white compared to by black '82 It would be a direct swap...right? What should I do? I miss driving a 351 powered mustang!! ------------------ '82 GT 351W C-4,BBK headers,Carter 625 carb,Comp.Cam,Flowmaster exhaust. 1988 GT...T-5,bone stock |
