Default Anyone have a Mustang shrine?

Does anyone have a certain area of their house or garage just for Mustang/automobile stuff? Basically, my whole bedroom is completely filled with car stuff.....

I have license plates from 1938-current, posters, signs, models, a wheel, a rod and piston, etc.

Have any pics of yours?

In my pics, some of the license plates are reflecting the light so you can't tell what they say.....sorry about that....flash on the camera went bonzai on me.....

You can see the plaque that I got for winning the high school class of the car show I attended last weekend in the bottom right corner of that last picture, also.

In this picture, can you spot the rod/piston?

You know your little flaming pony poster.... (heehee) I have a 4 foot by 9 foot flaming pony banner that I stole from fun ford weekend hanging in my garage! lol

Before I moved from my parents house I had a table made of GT wheels in my bed room. It was 3 wheels stacked with a glass top and a piece of navy velvet wrapped around it. That table was sweet but one bonk and it would crash!

I also have a trophy shrine in my old bedroom. My mom complains because she wants to decorate but theres like 100 trophies in her way lol

I like to build plastic and die-cast models when I am bored. I have about 30 of them done - all Fords and more than a dozen are Mustangs. That is my shrine along with some Stang clippings on the wall next to them. I guess my garage is a shrine too because it is full of Stang parts.

Just walk into my room.
I have around 200 Matchbox/Hot Wheel mustangs on the wall a few die cast metal replicas of different years, Vintage tin posters, regular posters, models I put together myself, ads about stangs from magazines, and even a stang neck tie!!! Even the keys and old plates from mustangs I have owned.
I collect everything I can get my hands on LOL

I'm glad to know I'm normal (somewhat) now, I too have a shrine, but it is taking over my room. My whole house, is the size of your room. So imagine trying to take everything u own, and put it in your room, plus I'm a pack rat too. When ever I remember to, I will post up my room, I'm sure u guys will enjoy them. I also just bought 3 more posters from mustangs unlimited.

My room isnt strictly Mustangs mostly cars of all kinds but there are Mustangs in it. I have die casts all along a little ledge along my two walls underneath the windows. A few car posters too. Even though my old SVT poster got replaced by my System of a Down poster

Thumbs up The big wall!

Love this wall...my 'Flamin Pony' poster fell off. Its supposed to be above the Mach...The Banner of John Force I had him autograph for me at the Races last year! Got pics too...also, my man Kid Rock. The Woodwork 'Rockets' sign, I made myself, as well as the Santa in my car in pic #1 and the poster on the bottom (blown 57 Cheby)is my Running Buddy Sonny from my car club. And of corse, my ink from the Stones Concert at Altamont! (Most of you prolly dont know about that!) Before most of you were born! The Hell's Angels were very active there!

Cool ??

I dont have a clue how that 100 Octane sticker could be spotted in that pic in that mess!!!! BTW: the bag of the rest of the stickers, I have not been able to find....IM SICK about it. Makes me ill to think about it. I'm hoping they did not get mixed up in my trash. I'm gonna prolly clean out my garage tomorrow....and organize it. If I dont find it, I dont know where they are. dammit

The cool stuff always stands out to me.

I sure hope you find that bag. That was a good collection.

Have fun organizing! Cleaning my garage is about the only "house cleaning" I actually enjoy. lol.

Take care,

Got Two of them. First, and primary Shrine (Cathedral of the Mustang) is my entire room. I got everything from tin signs, to Ford Artwork I have done myself, model Stangs, to Old Car parts-New Car parts hapazardly arranged in my room.

The secondary place of worship is my garage where there is pretty much more of the same, minus the Mustang Model, which is replaced by the real thing.

Default Sleeper House

I must have a "sleeper" house. Wouldn't even know I owned a Mustang If he wasn't parked in the garage (with his Mustangworks red rear window sticker and 100 octane on the tank lid )...Not that I'm not proud! I feel so left out and deficient!
