Default A good website gone bad?

Hey guys,

I usually hang out here and at corral.net for mustang fun. It looks as though that will only be here now. Corral.net has went goofy. I don't even think it's a mustang site anymore. One day it's here, then poof it's a webhosting service.

Weird.

hmm.. I've never had a problem with Corral.net but yet again I hardly go on the site. I prefer this message board. Less flame wars, and people are more helpful & all around great people.

Default yes there are others

But now there is one less. looks like corral.net forums and website are history.

So is this the best place for 5.0 chatting now? Or was it always?

I think it is. It's smaller than others, but it's more like a family. The members here are good people, and will help you when they can without the attitude that seems to be prevalent on other MB's.

Take care,
~Chris

I agree, it might as well be the only one, because its the site I have used for gaining/sharing Mustang knowledge. For some reason I tried the corral and it up, maybe you got a bad misdirect or something. Just take my word for it though, no need to jump into that frenzy.

corral is up for me, but the forums and the tone of the website have changed. Are ya'll still getting the mustang site? With forum? My charter.net is screwing up, damn cable company.

To me it looks as though the corral is a website hosting service.

Default Same

That's what I get. Maybe they sold the domain to a webhosting service. It still has the red/white/blue corral.net logo.

Too bad.

I just checked, and the link I have buried in my favorites folder goes straight to the forum index page, and it still works fine. From my angle, everything looks the same. I don't go there very often, but it looks unchanged to me.

Take care,
~Chris

Default Update:

Well, since I wrote that last post, something did happen. I was asked about it privately, and when I went to check again, I got the 404 page. Who knows, maybe it's a server software issue.

Take care,
~Chris

This is by far the best Mustang related Forum page I have seen. I think I'll stay loyal to this site, even though I dont get that much time to post anything anymore.

There was a thread that was stuck to the top saying they were having hardware issues with a server so that might be the problem, said chris was working on it though and the site is loading fine now.
