Post Got Blown Away!!!

My next door neighbor and long time friend has a 95' GS-T Talon with mods out of the ying-yang. Away he got some more mods around Chritmas and I haven't driven or been in his car since he put them on. Away while out cruising last night we ran into each other and the way home. We talked about an hour then I told him I wanted to see what he had. So we touched them up on the straight away near our house (almost a 1/4). I got the jump on him because he spun through 3 gears, but by the time I hit 45 mph he blew by with me a fury that seemed to be summons by Satan. He handed me my head in a basket with a side of my heart. I knew his was fast and that I really didn't have a chance but goodness. I just thought I would share that with you becuase beware of the import HAHAHA. Anyway........

Heh, heh, heh. I haven't yet exactly gotten "blown away" yet. But I actually wouldn't mind getting "blown away". I can enjoy any fast car and if a car blows me away, then more power to it. Tell you one thing though, I'd be looking to get a ride in it for sure!

HemiBoo,

You seem to be the closest one to me out of the MW members. Columbia, SC. Everybody else is way far away from Augusta. Even Pawleys Island is way far.

You ever ventured down to Carolina Dragway in Jackson, SC (I think that'd be about an hour from you).

I don't hate against cars, I love all types. I would never own some because I personally mught not like the styling or something of that effect. But I do hate against certain people that own them. Like when people have something everyone knows is slow and acts like it is something that runs over 200 mph; that is what gets me. And I hate to say it but around here Mustang guys are as bad as Honda guys and there are not that many around here worth hearing about so.......

It is alright though becuase I felt better after beating a 96ish 3000 Mistsu VR-4 Friday night. I ate him a part and for 100 bucks too so that didn't hurt either.

Unhappy

white00GT,

Probably the ONLY ******* reason I won't be going up there this weekend is b/c it would really suck to drive my Mustang which has 3.55s and a C4! Know what I mean. Things like that really make me consider get an AOD (Lentech) in the future.

ewww..That would be turning some revs. But hey just look at it like this, if somebody tried to run you on the way there you would already be turning in the stratosphere @70-75 so you wouldn't have to down shift.lol
