Got a hefty speeding fine last night!!
I was coming home from picking up a pizza and going pretty fast to keep it warm by the time I got home.
I got busted going 77 in a 45!!...ouch!! It's a $188 fine and I will probably have to go to a departmental hearing for excessive speed(31mph-over). Does anyone know what they usually do? I think they have a choice of: 1. taking a safe driver test 2. re-taking driver's license test again 3. 30 day suspension Has anyone gotten busted for going this fast and what was the punishment? My G/f was pissesd!! I said "hey, at least it was in your Taurus and not the mustang or I would have been going even faster!! She didn't find any comfort or humor in that.
