Default $200 for turbine w/ tires. Am I gettin ripped?

Ok, I know a guy who's selling a set of turbines and goodyear tires with about 1/2-3/4 tread left on them for $200. I'm gonna try to talk him down to $150-175. I just wann know if it sounds like I'm gettin ripped. It just seems I can't find anything better

I'd try to get him down some, unless the wheels are in mint condition.

If you cant find anything better, why not save your money up and get a brand new set of wheels and tires?

I was playing Counterstrike the other day(online war game) and my name is 5.0mustang on there. Some guy asked me if I had any parts for sale. I've got a set of turbines that I have had sitting around for forever and he wanted to know how much I would sell them for. I didnt even know what to tell him. What do they usually go for?

I live in Wisconsin. I haven't looked at them in awhile, but from what I remember they are in really nice shape. They have been in boxes for the last three years. I'll go out to the garage and take a peak at them and post later.

Well if the tires are good, and the wheels are mint, for under $200 you can't beat that. Let's say you got a steal on just turbines rims for $50(and that's hella cheap.).....your going to spend way over $200 for decent tires....so let's say rims:$50, shipping:$60, tires:$400 for 4 tires, that's $510. Under $200 is looking pretty good now huh?

Sounds like a good deal. That's what I paid for my turbines with a good set of Pirelli's on 'em. I've seen some people get over $100 for them without tires.

Well it doesn't matter if I got ripped or not, cause I just bought them. They are really clean, except that the front one have some minor brake dust that I need to clean. I'll try and get some pics later
