Default FL Cops take care of ricers now!

No more playing around with those silly ricers out there. Now our FL cops can take a stand with an official document to help put an end to the ricer street scene!

I've been looking for that "official" rice citation for quite some time now....thank you

I used to put it on employees vehicles where i used to work whether it was rice or not. I'm going to start doing that at school as well
Maybe people will get the idea,
or maybe not
