whats my stang worth

OK, here's the deal....
I'm getting a new transmission for the third time in two years and now I'm thinking about getting rid of it. The salesman at the dealership said he would give me $5000.
I know it's worth more tha that but I'll let you guys tell me what you think...
It's a red 95 GT convertable with 85k, tan leather interior, excellent paint, new tires, Gt 40 heads w/ Comp Cams valve train, Cobra intake, underdrive pullies, 3.73 rear, ps 91 coil, Flowtech headders, Catco 2 1/2 hi-flow h-pipe, and Mac true fit cat back exhaust.
