whats my stang worth

OK, here's the deal....
I'm getting a new transmission for the third time in two years and now I'm thinking about getting rid of it. The salesman at the dealership said he would give me $5000.
I know it's worth more tha that but I'll let you guys tell me what you think...
It's a red 95 GT convertable with 85k, tan leather interior, excellent paint, new tires, Gt 40 heads w/ Comp Cams valve train, Cobra intake, underdrive pullies, 3.73 rear, ps 91 coil, Flowtech headders, Catco 2 1/2 hi-flow h-pipe, and Mac true fit cat back exhaust.

First off, never trade a car in to the dealership......you'll most definately be raped. They're sometimes as much as 1/2 off what the car's actually worth. Now, do you mean what the blue book value of your car is, or how much some kid might be willing to spend to get his dream car???
