The part that goes to the air pump can be re-welded or something right?  I should have never taken these things off in the first place. I'm payin for it now 8 years later

The end that the pipes are closest together go into the mufflers, the end you showed in your pics. The other end that's wide apart goes into the headers.
The part that connects to the air pump you can actually use a length of heater hose to reconnect it, I did that 7 years ago and it's fine to this day.
