Well going on week number 4 away from home. I was in Las Vegas for a week, Edmonton Canada for a week and now Toronto for 2 weeks.

I'd like to get home, but you bone heads :D here in Toronto are making house hunting next to impossible with your high prices and a couple times selling my mustang has come up as an answer!! :(

I'm hoping that I'll get around this, 'cause I'd have to hurt someone if I had to sell my car, but housing prices are nuts here. I can buy 2 houses in Dallas for the price of 1 here in Toronto!

Well I have to get going, hopefully I'll be around again next week.

How far from the city are you looking for a house. I know right downtown the houses are really expensive. And as you slowly move out of the city they get cheaper. What town you looking in if so. I live about 30 minutes north of Toronto. Prices arn't to bad, not sure compared to Dallas though.

Dang....and housing in Dallas is FAR from cheap. You should try living out here. Prices are cheap...I guess no one wants to live with the wind, the dirt, or the tornados :D. But it's hard to beat the sunsets.

Welcome to Toronto! The housing market is booming right now. It's a seller's market. I've heard stories of bidding wars for houses, & houses going for alot more than their already high asking prices!

Well, on a brighter note, there's a GTAMC (Greater Toronto Area Mustang Club) meeting on this Sat Apr 13 at Hooters 3757 Keele St (just south of Finch). Come by & say Hi! We expect more than 75 cars to show up!

Well I think I'm just going to rent.

Believe it or not, even with the crappy Canadian dollar, I could buy a MUCH nicer house in Dallas than Toronto. I'm looking at dumps for CDN$225,000!

I'm going to rent as you never know how long I'll be in Toronto ;).
