How do I put my pic on the avatar?

Ok I have my pic of my self and my 2000 stang on a Kodak CD and I want to know how to put it as my avatar???

Can any body help me?

Select the "USER CP" button (upper right of this page), then select "Edit Options" scroll to the bottom and insert a 100x100dpi photo...
