Humidity=power loss. How much?

Went to the track tonight and made 6 runs, Was hoping for some improvement after installing a new Road Demon carb.

In a nutshell, I didn't get it. I ran only 14.0 @99. My absolute best times previous were 13.95 @100. Those best times were in 2/2001 at about 50 F and fairly dry. These times were at 75-80 F and 96% humidity.

I know the warmer and more humid weather hurt me some in comparison to those best time slips. Just wondering if anyone has an opinion as to how much that humidity and extra 25-30 F hurt me tonight.

I've heard that each 10 F lowers HP by 1%. Not too sure about humidity losses.

Sky, it hasn't given me anything so far. But I'm thinking with good air 60 F and 50-60% rel. humidity, that I may get a 13.8/101 out of it. That's what the link from 8850 said and that's what my Drag Analyzer program says. That's all coulda, shoulda, woulda stuff until I actually get a time slip that verifies it though. Thanks for the interest. I did get a 13.83/107 G-Tech out of it late one 60 F 60% rel. humidity night on a lightly traveled freeweay just outside of Houston. That's about .2 and 2 mph faster than usual.
