I bought a Pace Car!!!!!

Well I can now say I'm the proud owner of 2 Mustangs...
I went to a big car auction in Toronto today, and purchased a 1979 Mustang Pace Car. I will have pictures for you real soon.

The car just had a ground up restoration, has new exhaust and everythine. Nothing seems to be really wrong with the car. It needs alittle love but it's beatuiful. It's one of 2106 made. It's got the 302 in it, and automatic. It's got Ricaro seats which are sooo sweeeet. But in the end either this car is going to have to be sold or my Mach 1. Sadly enough I cannot afford both cars.

I'll be picking it up tommorow evening from the auction, we could only put a deposit on it. A funny story about it was that it went up for auction and it sold for $5000 Canadian, and we kicked ourselves for not buying it, and then the bidder had backed out so it went up again and we were lucky to pick it up for $5000 again. I can't wait tell I bring her home. She even has the pace car lights on the top too... But I should have some pictures within the next few hours.

lol Common Chris I expected a funnier joke then that. lol I havn't heard of this new Salsa... Probably not in Canada.

No I didn't have to go Pee.. I was putting my camera in my pocket. It has 72,xxx KM's on it. It's one of 405 of them exported out of the US. So most likely they all went to Canada, so I got really a 1 of 405 car + then you have to take it being 5.0L and automatic into hand. + not all of them came with the Pace lights. My parents think I'm crazy with them on but it's pretty sweet. I told them I'm going to start my own indy. lol

hahaha thanks... yeh the light is amazing.. lol My mom refuses to drive it due to the light. lol

I told her I'm going to drive around the movie theater with my friends driving behind me and start my own race. lol

Our movie theater has a huge parking lot and it's almost a oval, so it's almost like a big race track on the outside. lol I couldn't find the switch to turn the lights on, but when I get it home tommorow I'll figure everything out. I can't wait to get her home and wax her, clean her all up and make her look all sexxy!

I'm so excited. I don't even think I'm going to school tommorow. lol

...thats hilarious that you talk about "starting a race" with it...rofl...id say take it to school to show it off, but high school kids are such dumbasses...well, most of em...heh...

...id be afraid to park it anywhere too!

...take your mom for a spin and gun it...hehe...those are the fun times
