I finally did it!

I finally took my GT out to the drag strip tonight. It was a test & tune at Memphis Mototsports Park. I've never been on a strip before. There was hardly anyone there, so I was able to get 10(!) passes in before they shut down for rain. My best time was 14.673 @94.39 mph. Not great, but my car is completely stock (except for a K&N), had street tires(with 40,000 miles on them), & a 1/2 tank of gas (poor planning). My 60ft. time kinda sucked, 2.337, but hey, I'm still learning. Overall I feel pretty good. Hope to do better next time.

hrm...that gives me a good idea as to what my 02 auto would do...prolly 2 tenths more tho cuz mine's a conv...but its about accurate since i have no track experience....so woo! under 15s!
