I found it what should I do?
A few months ago my 1200 watt amp was stolen from me and I live in a town of 10,000.
Well, yesterday someone opened their trunk and low and behold: BAM - there it was. There is no doubt in my mind it was mine. I know he wouldn't swipe it but he hangs around people who may. At first if I found anyone I was gonna catch them somewhere secluded and break their fingers and destroy their car( if it was theirs). What do you think? there is no way I can prove that amp is mine now but I can find out who stole it. I could tell the cops but they won't do **** and I know it I may just beat down the btich take everything he has which will be near nothing I imagine, cut all his tires and bust some glass and steal his stereo if he has one. |
well since you just incriminated yourself on the internet, i dont think i would do that ,but it's your life.

yeah you dont want to do it now, just remember he will get his what comes around goes around http://hapygas.stangnet.com

Cool off
You can't prove this guy has your stereo, you 'know' he didn't steal it but you can find out who did and you want to risk jail time by destroying his property and 'breaking his fingers' or whatever fantasy revenge acts you can dream up.
Not a good plan. Although your anger is understandable it's also dangerous and can lead you into big trouble. Most sane people don't sit still for assaults and destruction of all their property. You'll either have the fight of your life or go to prison. Over a stereo. I would consider trying to get your stereo back from this good buddy who you 'know' didn't steal it from you (how do you 'know' this? - it was in his car) and let it go at that. If he's such a bud, why can't you just tell him it's yours and ask for it back? So you can't prove it - he must know yours was stolen and if he's such a good guy who wouldn't swipe anything from his bud - like a stereo - then he should hand it over. If not, he may be the guy you want to fight for it. Either that or find some new friends. . |
I would think if he was such a good friend, he would've known it was yours. Don't let this go, you can't let people walk all over you like that. But don't be stupid either, if he is your good friend, just ask him about it, but you know he's not just going to be like "Oh it's yours? You can have it back, here ya go."

First take it one step at a time, try to get another friend that the guy with the amp doesn't know and get him to ask him where he got it from cause he likes it and **** and go from there. See if his story is real, or get him to say I knew a guy who was selling them hot awhile back but I regrets not buying it and looking for another one see if he cracks and says he bought it stolen too. Be sure you know what your dealing with, because if you had one there is a chance someone else could of had one too.
Just becareful, Good Luck Sam |
