The color change is cool, but I have to say, thats "Feature Overkill". Do they cook breakfast and flip off ricers for you too?

I would have to agree thats a bit of over kill on the features.

And hope you don't intend on racing in any classes that prohibit datalogging, cuz those gauges will be prohibited.

Cool new product, but it'll never see the inside of my car.

I think they look awesome, and I love the "whole gauge turns red for warning", but gotta go with the masses here. Just what I need, each of my gauges having it's own computer. That's why I still run a carb. Now if we could get the bugs worked out of that "flip off the Ricers" option....... hehehehehehe

They are very cool, but also not going in my car. I can see a lot of imports putting them in though.

Yeah I agree that they have just a bit too much to offer. Like I am really going to use the memory card and all that stuff but they are the color combo I am looking for but for what I am running I dont really need gauges except for boost........ right now.

Besides the price ranges I have seen so far are 250-500! YIKES!

Bah. No thanks. I couldn't figure out what gauges they even had in that seires, and I could care less about an "opening ceremony."

I want gauges that are accurate, not fancy. I'll run moon's or nothing in a vintage car and regular autometers in the 97.

Amen to that! I'd pay more than TWICE as much for a regular gauge if I could be assured that its accuracy was within a respectable percentage of reading (not full-scale). Unfortunately, for something truly accurate, you really do pay through the nose for it. Come to think of it, since there are so many variables in the engine anyways, only a ball-park figure will do for most people, I guess....and no one wants to fork out $800 for a precision temperature gauge.

Your initial point remains completely valid to me.
