Talking I'm Back!!!

Hello everyone!!!

I have been very busy for the past couple of weeks!!

1. I moved to Kirkland, WA
2. I got a new day job, processing loans
3. I moved to Kirkland, WA
4. I have been sleeping when I wasn't doing everything else.

OK, the move was not that big of a deal except, my DSL does not get hooked up until the 28th. So they gave me a free dial up connection until then. That is what I am using right now and it really sucks!! I can't see how you deal with it Mike!! The move has gone really slow since it is just me to put everything away, but slowly it is looking like a home. I went from a two bedroom apartment to a one bedroom and it is hard to get everything to fit.

Then a week or so a go I got a new day job working for a Residential Mortgage company processing loans. I have worked in the business for four years for a residential appraisal company. So it is not that much of a change, but I get more money, more vacation, more benefits, and a happier work environment. I am still working for Mustang Monthly, but unfortunately that does not pay all the bills. So for right now, I am happy and content working two jobs and bringing home the bacon. I have been doing the starving artist thing for to long now and it is time to get comfortable with my life.

So this is what I have been up to and why I have not been sharing my lovely personality with you folks. What is new with you guys?

Meanwhile I have been working my little tail off at car shows, tis the season!! I even saw my ex (Matt) at a local car show yesterday and he was extremely nice to me!!! Do you think he wants his car in the magazine? I think so.... I love having power!!!

Shelby

Hey Baby, welcome back.

It's been hard keeping Chris in line without you here to help, and that is not an understatement. We are currently working on getting a big Ford V. Chevy day going at Carlsbad raceway. Should be fun.

Other than that, it's pretty much the same old stuff. Good to hear you won't be Starvin Marvin anymore, although I know how much of a drag corporate life is.

Good to see you around, I was actually going to e-mail you tonight to make sure you were ok.

Sounds like you guys have been having tons of fun in my absence. Today I started training a new person to take over for me at my old job. I can tell you this.... My old boss will find a new found appreciation for me after I am gone. That office is going to fall apart really fast. I don't even feel sorry for them, they should have been a little nicer to me when they had the chance. I start my new job on Monday.... I can't wait!!!

Hey Marty, I think I am going to do the article and tell the truth about what the car really was before he messed it up. Then everyone who calls up to the Ranch that has read the article will give him crap for it. I love revenge, it is so sweet.

Anyway, it is great to be back!!! I really missed you guys

If you're going to do the aritcle, that's definatly the way to go. Speaking of articles, I still haven't gotten a Magazine, and yes, I did actually subscribe thank you very little.

Man, makes me think a woman is running the joint over there.

Ha, Ha, Ha!!!

It took me three months before my subcription kicked in. You just have to call and bug them. The people who deal with that are not associated with the magazine, it is a seperate company.

So

Shelby

No but seriously, I thank you very much for supporting me and purchasing a subscription to the best written Mustang Magazine out on the market today. If you don't know it is Mustang Monthly.

I hope you bought something nice with the money I sent, because I'm pretty sure the 'right' people never got it. I'll look for the cancelled check in this months bank statement. Ugh.

Well my first week at my new job is now over. I really like it, it is weird not really knowing what the heck I am doing. This is the first job that I have gotten that I haven't already been trained for. Today I guess I was feeling nice and I brought in donuts for everyone in the office. They are all really great people and the atmosphere is really laid back. Nice change of pace.

Now this next week will be short because I am heading down to Charlotte for the Grand Nationals. I can't wait, it should be a really fun car show.

BTW My DSL should be up and running this weekend. I am so tired of this dial up thing. I am spoiled!!!

Shelby

PS How's everyone ? Mike did you get your first issue yet?

Still waiting on the first issue. I do have the cancelled check in hand though, seems kind of odd. My little red head is having communication issues tonight. Dang transmission linkage is rattling. Ugh, I'm very unhappy. Even more since you get to travel for car shows. You suck.

But I know why you really go to Vegas that time of year, and it's not for that computer show either.

Computer show?!??!? Boy, that is a car vender show that does not compare to any other on this planet!!!! You need to watch a little speed vision once in a while..

But I also go for Shelby American, I love that place..

For a free gallon of the good stuff, what is the 'other' show that shares a convention area with the "Consumer Electronics Fare" in Las Vegas every year? (Like you don't know)

BTW what side of town is Shelby American on?
